- Sofia Grafanaki began her career with Law Degree (a B.A. in Jurisprudence) from the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom. After graduation, Sofia Grafanaki joined Corina Fassouli Grafanaki & Associates in Athens, Greece, as a Corporate Attorney, and subsequently became a Partner and Director of Business Development. Offering services ranging from identifying new business, planning client relationships, and coordinating financial transactions, Sofia Grafanaki remains a Partner with the firm.
- A year after joining Corina Fassouli Grafanaki & Associates, Sofia Grafanaki moved to New York City and earned an LLM degree in Corporation Law at NYU School of Law. After passing the New York Bar the following year, Sofia Grafanaki soon joined Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP as a Corporate Associate. Conducting due diligence, research, and managing large transactions, such as aircraft purchases and venture capital financing, Sofia Grafanaki worked at the New York law firm until enrolling at Columbia Business School. There, while earning a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Finance, Sofia Grafanaki joined the Business Development department of the technology startup YouGift, Inc.
- After graduating, Sofia Grafanaki founded the venture capital firm Eureka Capital Management where she took the role of Investment Manager. Dealing primarily with technology startups, Eureka Capital Management connects seasoned investors with promising entrepreneurs and provides consulting & advisory services.
- Through her legal credentials, Sofia Grafanaki maintains memberships in organizations, such as the New York State Bar Association, American Bar Association, Law Society in London, and the Athens Bar Association.
